One Job-TURBO usually comprises 11 modules with 40 teaching units of 45 minutes each.
- Convince with style
It's not just the content that counts. That's why we discuss other important things with you in our training sessions, such as general demeanour, clothing, your pronunciation and your argumentation skills. Our aim is for you to make a "well-rounded impression" at your job interviews.
- Honest feedback
Our trainers will give you honest feedback. They work with you on the points that we jointly identify as needing improvement. That's why every job interview is unique! Our aim is for you to showcase your personal strengths in the best possible way.
- Detailed follow-up of job interviews
We discuss each interview with you afterwards based on your impressions and feelings, for example the moments when you may not have felt comfortable or questions that made you uncomfortable. There is always room for improvement so that you can score more points at the next interview.
- Specific research
No job interview without research - that is one of the most important rules. For this reason, we check job profiles of advertised positions, find out about the company you would like to apply to and discuss company-related questions with you that could play a role in the interview.
